Both foreign ministers are currently attending at the 77th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA) in New York.

On July 4, both foreign ministers met in Moscow where they announced the agreement to promote new energy, rail transport, civil aeronautics, space technology and pharmaceuticals projects.
Plus, both condemned the application of unilateral coercive measures to the two nations´ economy.
In this regard, the Bolivarian diplomat assured that energy cooperation with Russia did not stop, despite the aggression against the national oil industry.
