Since his arrival in New York past Saturday to attend the 77th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA), Bruno Rodríguez has been conducting a comprehensive working agenda that included talks with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, where the Cuban foreign minister reaffirmed his country’s stance in favor of the One Chine Principle and the condemnation of the interference in its internal affairs.
Bruno also expressed his gratitude for the solidarity and support proved by the Chinese people and governments during the confrontation with the Covid-19 pandemic and following the Matanzas deadly fire on August 5.
