The official, who responded to questions from the presenter of the Khodorkovsky Live channel on YouTube, said that both the building attacked in Kherson and the people killed in Berdyansk were “military targets.”

The Ukrainian Armed Forces launched rockets at the building of the Civil-Military Administration of the Kherson region while a meeting was being held there, killing three people and wounding another 13.

In Berdyansk, Zaporozhye region, the city’s deputy head for housing and communal services, Oleg Boiko, and his wife, Liudmila Boiko, who headed the Electoral Commission of the local territorial referendum, were assassinated.

In Lugansk, the Prosecutor General of that region, Sergei Gorenko, and his deputy, Ekaterina Steglenko, were killed when an explosive device was detonated in the official’s office, a fact that Podoliak also attributed to Ukrainian nationalist groups directed from Kiev.
