Since August 16, when the political campaigning started, all candidates have been obliged to send financial reports, with the data of a collection of the action every 72 hours to the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).

The need to submit the partial accounts is for all the candidates and political organizations, regardless of the monetary movement.

The procedure is electronic through the electoral balance rendering system and this must include the record of the financial or estimable manipulation of money, which occurred from the beginning of the campaign to September 8.

The partial calculations will be disclosed by the TSE on September 15.

More than 156 million Brazilians will cast their votes to decide whether to stay four more years under the ruling conservative power since 2018 or the left returns, with promises to rebuild and duplicate the social achievements made by the governments of the Workers’ Party (2003-2016).
