Israeli forces kill a young Palestinian in a new raid

Ramallah, Sep 7 (Prensa Latina) A young Palestinian man died on Wednesday after being shot by Israeli forces in the al-Fara'a refugee camp in the northern occupied West Bank, the third this week.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that Younis Ghassan Tayeh, 21, was killed when he was shot in the heart by a bullet in a raid by soldiers in that locality.

Meanwhile, WAFA news agency reported that the soldiers used live ammunition and tear gas to disperse demonstrators who gathered to protest against the invasion.

The Israeli troops killed Mohammad Musa Sabaaneh, 29, during an operation in northern Jenin on Tuesday, and Taher Muhammad Zakarneh, 19, during another raid in Qabatiya on Monday.

This year, the Israeli military forces have killed several Palestinian youths in different incidents in the West Bank, including Amjad Fayed, 17; Rafiq Riyad Ghanam and Lutfi Ibrahim Labadi, both 20; and Wasim Nasser Abu Khalifa, 18.
