The text also urges support for “the most important leader of the Argentine people” and condemns the lawfare mechanism used against her.
As happened with Luiz Inácio Lula Da Silva in Brazil, Rafael Correa in Ecuador, and Evo Morales in Bolivia, among others, the judicial apparatus is used with the appearance of legality to delegitimize the political processes of dignity, sovereignty, defense of the Great Homeland, points the document.
The rule of law is dangerously undermined by the systemic action of the real powers that build cases against those who represent and fight for popular interests, while guaranteeing the impunity of the looters who indebted the country, compromising the present and future of millions of Argentines, it adds.
In addition, it denounces that “sectors of the judiciary and the Public Prosecutor’s Office decided to be representatives of the perpetrators of that ignominy, setting themselves up as sinister protagonists of the circus that only manages to show the fear they have of a woman without fear”.
The statement criticizes the violations of constitutional rights and guarantees in rigged processes conceived by those who play soccer in the residence of former President Mauricio Macri.
“Our movement had to resist the fierce persecution against its leaders on more than one occasion throughout history. We uphold and make Fernandez’s words our own: This is not a trial against Cristina, but against Peronism, the national and popular governments, and those of us who fight for memory, truth, justice,” he says.
