The National Bureau of the organization highlighted the humanist, inclusive and respectful nature of the rights covered by the legislation, which will be submitted to a popular referendum on September 25, hence the call to support it by voting for it.
“This transcendental legal body is based on love, solidarity and responsibility in the highest values,” highlighted the message addressed to the ANAP members, who are strengthened from the educational, formative and economic point of view.
The document highlighted the broad popular consultation to which the law was submitted before being approved in July by the Cuban Parliament, a process that had the participation and contributions of rural workers.
“We will have the right to exercise our vote, aware that the Family Code is consistent with the Constitution and develops the various family legal institutions,” the call added.
The ANAP National Bureau called to support the legal norm, considering it a benefit for the consolidation of unity and a guarantee of all human rights.
“Let us exercise the right to vote in the Referendum with responsibility and confidence, this symbolizes above all the defense of the Revolution with the just conviction that we shall overcome,” concluded the message.
