Razvozhaev added that the fall of the UAV caused a controlled fire, and added that “There is no particular damage, no one was hurt.”

He also explained that the special services are working in the site, and urged the inhabitants to remain calm and stay in their homes.

The headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet was attacked on July 31st, when an explosive device dropped by a drone exploded near the building. Six people were injured.
