During his speech on Wednesday at the Regional Meeting, Marrero reiterated Cuba’s stance on the responsibility of developed nations in finding the fight against climate change.
The First Regional Meeting of Caribbean Heads of Government, which will conclude on Thursday, is being held with a view to the upcoming United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP27).
