The 14 deaths are soldiers: Adriano Rodríguez (Matanzas), Fabián Naranjo and Leo Alejandro Doval (both from Matanzas), Michel Rodríguez (Mayabeque); First NCO Diosdel Nazco (Matanzas); Captain Areskys Quintero (Mayabeque), First Lieutenant Andy Mitchel Ramos (Havana), Luis Angel Alvarez and Pablo Angel Lopez (both from Matanzas); Osmany Blasco and Rolando Oviedo (both from Mayabeque); as well as Raciel Alonso Martinez, Luis Raul Aguilar and Osley Marante (Havana).
