“Throughout decades of independent development, your nation has achieved universally recognized successes in the economic, social, scientific, and technological fields, among others,” says Putin’s message addressed to his Indian counterpart, Draupadi Murmu, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Putin also said that India deservedly enjoys considerable authority on the world stage and plays an important constructive role in addressing topical issues on the international agenda.
Vladimir Putin also stated that both nations cooperate successfully in a wide range of areas, interacting effectively in the United Nations, the BRICS, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and other multilateral structures.
“I am confident that, thanks to our joint efforts, we will ensure the improvement of the entire range of productive interstate relations for the benefit of our friendly peoples and in the interests of strengthening regional and global security and stability,” Putin said.
