Bogota, Aug 6 (Prensa Latina) Dignitaries from Latin America and other countries arrived today in Colombia to attend tomorrow, Sunday, the presidential inauguration of Gustavo Petro and his vicepresident Francia Marquez for the first progressive government in this country.
