The British Justice, in the voice of Judge Sara Cockerill, ruled in favor of the “ad hoc directive” of the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) appointed by former opposition legislator Juan Guaido, self-proclaimed interim president of the South American nation with the support by the United States.
About this issue, the legitimate directive of the BCV condemned the opinion subordinated to the United Kingdom’s foreign policy decisions and ratified that it violates constitutional and legal powers of that institution.
