Costa Rican communists support China’s integrity

San Jose, Aug 3 (Prensa Latina) The militants of the People's Vanguard Party (PVP) in Costa Rica on Wednesday affirmed that China is one, unique and indivisible, and criticized the presence of Nancy Pelosi in Chinese Taipei.

In a letter addressed to esteemed and respectable comrade Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party and President of the People’s Republic of China, the PVP expresses to him and all the Chinese people its respect and consideration.

This, it stresses, at a time when both NATO (the North Atlantic Treaty Organization) and its undisputed chief, US imperialism, have violently expressed themselves against the undisputed validity of the legitimate institutions of its people and the integrity of its territorial sovereignty.

“China is one, unique and indivisible. And we understand that the Chinese Communists and other democratic political sectors are fighting so that all the peoples globally can legitimately aspire to the universal respect for their borders and their own distinct characteristics, in the political, social and cultural aspect,” PVP stated.

“We hope that these principles dominate in the world that is emerging, thus overcoming the policies of the unipolar world dominated by the hegemony of US imperialism. And this will be the new path that will lead to a world of peace and universal brotherhood,” the Costa Rican communists point out.

Dear comrade Xi Jinping, we wish you success in your goals and the same to all the Chinese people, concludes the PVP’s letter, which was signed by its general secretary, Humberto Vargas.
