Moscow, Jul 21 (Prensa Latina) Units of the Russian Armed Forces eliminated 920 Ukrainian nationalists in the Odessa and Nikolayev regions in the last 24 hours, as reported by the spokesman for the Defense Ministry of the Russian Federation, Major General Igor Konashenkov.

“According to confirmed data, more than 600 militants were killed as a result of a high-precision weapons attack carried out by the Russian aerospace forces on a temporary deployment site of nationalists at the Imperiya recreation center in the town of Konstantinovka, Odessa province (…) 120 foreign mercenaries were embedded among them,” the spokesman said.

Konashenkov explained during his report that Ukraine continues to suffer significant losses, since 320 troops were killed in a precision strike on a temporary deployment point of a unit of the Ukrainian Army in a vegetable warehouse in the city of Nikolayev.

The Major General also explained that as part of the actions of the military operation, Russian troops destroyed a battery of BM-27 Uragan multiple rocket launchers and another of Ukrainian 2S3 Akatsiya self-propelled howitzers in the Jarkov region.

Eight BM-21 Grad multiple rocket launcher sections of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were also destroyed in Zvanovka, Kirovo, Soledar, Krasnoye and Platonovka, in the Donetsk People’s Republic.

Konashenkov added that against the background of the losses suffered by the Ukrainian Army in the east of the country, residents of the western regions mobilized in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are refusing to be sent to Donbass.

Given this, the 100th Territorial Defense Brigade, based in the city of Lutsk, Volyn region, was disarmed by the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; the instigators were arrested and a decision was made to reorganize the unit.
