According to statements made to Prensa Latina by the company’s president, Luis Martinez, these plans have a priority nature, which implies the search for the necessary resources for their execution, including the possibility of accessing foreign capital.
Cubasol Vice President Alex Mulet explained that the group has around 150 projects to be completed before 2030, including recreational parks, adventure parks and the expansion of nautical activities.
He pointed out that approximately 40 will be carried out before 2026, as part of integrated developments with various non-hotel services.
Part of this plan is already being processed in Cayo Coco, he noted, adding that by its nature it will also be implemented in other Cuban destinations such as Cienfuegos and Sancti Spíritus in the center, the resort of Varadero in the west, and Holguín in the east.
The planned attractions include investments in water parks, dolphinariums, infrastructure for boat excursions and the display of natural attractions, in addition to the practice of cable skiing and diving, said the group’s commercial director, Yudaysi Lazo.
Another area of development for Cubasol is real estate, linked to golf courses.
Cubasol is made up of the companies Palmares, Caracol, Transtur, Marlin and the Turarte Artistic Shows Agency, whose positive results were recognized this Tuesday in an activity dedicated to the 69th anniversary of the assault on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes barracks.
