“Ukrainian forces have widely used HIMARS multiple rocket launchers received from the United States and have done so with the direct help of the American side, which not only provided the necessary intelligence, but also tacitly provided instructors to help the representatives of the Kiev regime to aim correctly,” the official denounced.
In a briefing with the press, Zakharova highlighted the fact that the Ukrainian side does not cease bombarding on a large scale the territories of the People’s Republics of Donetsk (DPR) and Lugansk (LPR).
“The fire is conducted selectively targeting residential areas, shops, markets, health facilities and other social facilities,” she said.
Zakharova stated that the supply of these systems is linked to the notable intensification of the artillery fire of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which, apparently, have received the order from Kiev to use said weapons as well as others against the civilian population without the slightest doubt.
Zakharova affirmed that the bombings against the residential areas of the DPR and LPR, as well as the Kherson region, grows daily, leaving a high number of dead and wounded as a result.
According to the diplomat, the US government is more than happy with the situation. “If this were not the case, there would be no explanation for Washington’s intention announced on July 8th to deliver another four HIMARS multiple rocket launchers, with ammunition and spare parts, to Ukraine,” she said.
