According to correspondent Ali Shoeib, the Israeli military forces use their diggers supported by tanks to raise berms in front of the Lebanese territory and such actions caused fires in surrounding areas.
Shoeib showed on Twitter footage of the deployment of the neighboring Army through the occupied sites in the Lebanese hills and under the protection of Merkava tanks and “spy aircraft violating the airspace of these areas,” he said.
On Wednesday, the Lebanese Army Command reported two naval violations in territorial waters off the southern shores of Naqoura, with a maximum distance of 185 meters.
The Military Operation Directorate follows up the issue of the Israeli violations in coordination with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), headquartered in Naqoura since 1978.
Lebanon and Israel have no diplomatic relations and since the 2006 conflict, UNIFIL has maintained peace and security on the southern common border.
