The meetings will allow to get acquainted with the progress of projects in development, as well as to provide continuity and support in the planning and execution of this year’s works and the proposals for 2023.
The priorities are focused on infrastructure, health, education, environment, water and sanitation, and economic development, according to Alvaro Diaz, head of the Planning Secretariat of the Presidency.
Diaz said they expect to receive at least 3,200 applications; so far the participation of the mayors reaches 91 percent.
