Rodriguez Parrilla considered that as long as Washington “insists on applying its Monroe Doctrine and hegemonic design in Our America, it is doomed to discredit and isolation.”
The meeting, which will end tomorrow, has been hampered by the decision of the United States not to invite Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela, an exclusion that caused the rejection of a number of governments in the region and even several presidents decided to absent themselves.
