The Assembly’s permanent work commission that deals with Constitutional and Legal Affairs will also make a pronouncement on the legislation.
The parliament approved another three laws on Saturday, in this case referring to Food Sovereignty and Food and Nutritional Security, the Protection of Personal Data, and the Natural Resources and Environment System.
They also received information about the survey on the Family Code bill, developed from February to April of this year, in which over six million people participated, making around 434,860 proposals.
The president of the National Electoral Council, Alina Balseiro, announced that around 60 percent of the criteria were positive, and specified that the titles that generated the most opinions were those related to marriage, parental responsibility, adoption, solidary gestation and progressive autonomy.
The Minister of Justice, Oscar Silvera, said on behalf of the drafting commission that the final version of the law will be delivered to Parliament at the end of June.
