The Cáritas Brasileira organization will present the presentation Defense of social organizations in the context of criminalization and persecution in Brazil and Latin America in general.
Mario Munguia, researcher and writer, will present his book “Politics and Power for Social Good”, while a French delegation will update the audience on the reasons for the comeback of the extreme right in Europe and its relationship with Latin America.
Other topics deal with national sovereignty and social justice, initiatives to minimize the requirements of independent candidates for public servants, peaceful civil resistance, the Mexican Constitution and its reforms, explained by academics from the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
Finally, a paper as a basis for a general debate on the presumed end of globalization and the new world order.
