According to the Parliament’s web portal, the analysis of the documents takes place in this capital, with the participation of the teams that draft the regulations.
Among the proposals discussed are those for food and nutritional security, personal data, under the leadership of Homero Acosta Álvarez and José Luis Toledo Santander, secretary and president of the Constitutional and Legal Affairs Commission of the National Assembly.
Eight bills focus the gaze of the deputies in the Fifth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of People’s Power, will be held May 14.
Parliamentarians will receive information on the popular consultation of the Family Code project, held from February to April 30, and the work of the drafting commission based on the criteria of the people.
They will also discuss the progress of the country’s economic-social strategy, as well as the proposals for regulations on protecting literary and artistic creation, cultural heritage, the system of natural resources and the environment.
In addition, deputies will discuss the draft Law of the Penal Code, the Criminal Enforcement and the Protection of Constitutional Rights.
