Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the entity, explained to the press that Ukraine is planning the provocation with the goal of discrediting the Russian Armed Forces by way of presenting it to the international community through Western media journalists currently in Ukraine.
In his words, destroyed vehicles are being taken away and the bodies of Ukrainian soldiers dressed in civilian clothes are being brought in ambulances to the central market of the city of Lisichansk, which was mistakenly attacked by units of the 57th Motorized Infantry Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Mizintsev added that the constructed materials will allow the Ukrainian government to take photographs and stage video recordings, and representatives of Ukrainian and Western news agencies, including the United States, Latvia, the United Kingdom and Poland, will be invited in.”
The head of the Center also reiterated that the Ukrainian forces continue to use the health infrastructure buildings to set up their positions and deploy heavy weapons.
He mentioned as an example the town of Konstantínovka, located in People’s Republic of Donbass, where a hospital was organized for the Ukrainian military and all the interned civilians were expelled without taking into account their state of health.
Mizíntsev also reported that a unit of nationalists is deployed in an emergency center in the city of Zaporozhie, and firing positions for armored vehicles and artillery have been set up on the grounds next to the health complex.
The head of the entity urged international organizations, in particular the World Health Organization, to exert influence over Kiev and take measures to ensure that the infrastructure of the health sector is not used for military purposes.
