This was confirmed through Twitter by Eugenio Martínez, general director of Latin America and the Caribbean of the island’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
We reviewed the broad bilateral agenda, the progress made in political dialogue and cooperation projects for the benefit of both nations with an important contribution from Amexcid (Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation) and its director Laura Elena Carrillo, reported on the social network.
According to the tweet, Martínez also shared with his Mexican counterpart, Martín Alonso Borrego, from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with whom he discussed the regional situation.
The seventh edition of this meeting took place in 2019 in Mexico, at which time both countries agreed to give renewed impetus to political, economic and cooperation ties.
