According to the FSB, the arrested saboteurs followed the instructions of officers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces; criminal proceedings were initiated for the crime of preparing an act of international terrorism, the TASS news agency reported.

The authorities in Kiev and Moscow agreed on the evacuation of civilians interested in leaving the conflict zones in Ukraine through humanitarian corridors that would facilitate their safe passage to regions of Russia or other nations, away from the fighting.
