According to DSc. María Isabel Domínguez, the country´s proposal includes issues closely related to health, education, employment, culture, sports, leisure, housing, products and services, migration, technology, communications and social involvement.
All this, taking into account Cuba´s real conditions, with a complex economic situation and effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, the tightening of the US blockade and other external factors, she said.
“All studies and criteria are too important for drawing up such a plan,” Ms. Domínguez remarked at the International Congress of Researchers on Children, Adolescences and Youth, which is being held from Tuesday to Thursday at the Havana International Conference Center.
According to specialists, there is currently a generational challenge for developing the Cuban social project, hence the significance of achieving inclusion in young people for productive jobs and allows the constitution of individual projects.
