During a meeting with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, the president denounced that Israel “acts as a State above the law and has never been accountable” to the international community.

The head of State called to implement measures against Tel Aviv after denouncing the occupation of the Palestinian land and the violation of the legitimate rights of his compatriots.

Abbas advocated for a political solution based on international law that allows his people to establish a State with the pre-1967 borders and with East Jerusalem as its capital.

The president also condemned the expansion and construction of new Israeli settlements, as well as the settlers’ violence.
