Jens Stoltenberg, NATO Secretary-General, said on Thursday at a press conference that NATO will send “substantially more troops to the eastern Europe.”
NATO will have more aircraft, air and missile defense systems on this front, as well as a significant number of submarines, aircraft carriers and other battleships, Mr. Stoltenberg stated.
Cyberdefense will be bolstered up and work will be done to guarantee better interoperability, he added.
Mr. Stoltenberg told the media, without submitting any evidence, that Russia could use this weaponry, something emphatically denied by Moscow, which instead has evidence of the military development by the United States in Ukrainian territory.
On Tuesday, the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Riabkov said that military biological programs developed by Washington in Ukraine violate international law and are a cause for deep concern.
