According to the website of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), during their stay, the Mexican visitors will meet with leaders of the political organization, the Government, the Young Communist League (UJC) and representatives of social sectors.
They will also visit communities, centers of socioeconomic, scientific, academic interest and other institutions linked to the common history between Cuba and Mexico.
According to the official information, Morena General Secretary Citlalli Hernandez heads the Mexican delegation.
She is accompanied by federal lawmakers, academics from the National Institute for Political Training, feminists and parliamentary advisers.
The ruling Morena party founded by President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, who welcomed his Cuban counterpart, Miguel Diaz-Canel, in September 2021, during his official visit to Mexico.
