The president’s most valued personal attributes are his charisma (77 percent), his capacity to talk and generate agreements (71) and his knowledge of the population’s needs (70), according to Cadem’s Plaza Publica poll.
Boric took office on March 11 as the youngest president in the country’s history and will have a cabinet giving a majority of the posts to women.
According to Cadem pollster, the positive image by the head of State is higher among young people (64 percent), 14 points higher than among those over 55 years of age.
The best-evaluated axes within the new administration are gender equality, the care for the environment and the capacity to make changes in public health and education.
