The statement specifies that the objective of the measures is that Russia does not receive financing or credits from international organizations.

For the head of the European Commission, it is necessary for Moscow to have fewer resources in order to continue carrying out its special operation in Ukraine.

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24 the launch of a special military operation in Ukraine with the aim of helping the people’s republics of Donetsk and Lugansk, against the genocide developed against them by Kiev.

One of the fundamental objectives of this operation, stressed the Russian president, is the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the military attacks are not directed against civilian objectives, but seek to disable the Ukrainian war infrastructure from which they attack the east of their own country and representing a danger to Russia’s security.
