In May, Havana and Pretoria will celebrate the 28th anniversary of diplomatic relations, which have been valued as solid in search of friendship, cooperation and solidarity.

Collaboration during these years included areas such as health care, education, science and technology, agriculture, infrastructure development, housing, water and sanitation, public works and telecommunications.
