Apart from topping the medal table with the most golds, China also has the highest number of medals won with a cumulative total of 27, followed by Ukraine with a total of 17.
The Beijing 2022 Games are in their fourth day, with Germany’s Maria Walter winning the gold medal in biathlon on Tuesday, as well as the ice hockey and wheelchair curling qualifiers.
The event opened on March 4 and will run until March 13, with 564 athletes from 46 countries competing in six ice and snow disciplines.
