According to the daily report released by the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP), of 2,458 active cases nationwide, 2,433 of them are clinically stable and 25 are being treated in intensive care units, including eight in a critical condition and 17 who are seriously ill.

At a press briefing on television, MINSAP added that 606 patients were discharged after recovering from the disease, so the number of recovered patients rose to 1,059,246.

So far, Cuba has accumulated 1,070,258 contagions and 8,495 deaths since the outbreak of the pandemic in March 2020.
