Brussels, Feb 26 (Prensa Latina) Cuba Soberana, a project promoted by Cuban residents in Belgium, began preparations to send the first shipment of the year, consisting of medical supplies to their homeland, group Coordinator Reinaldo Romero said on Saturday.
