According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, Mr. Lavrov urged Blinken to maintain a pragmatic approach to this issue and work together as agreed by Biden and Putin past Saturday.
In this regard, Mr. Lavrov laid stress on the significance of analyzing the proposals for security guarantees presented by Moscow, especially debates on the principle of indivisibility.
