According to the source, the explosive device attached to a military transport bus went off at 7:25 hours, local time, near the Customs roundabout in Damascus, a few meters where several military and governmental institutions are located.

In December 2021, Syrian security forces announced the capture of seven terrorists who made up a secret network that committed 13 attacks in which dozens of people were killed in and around Damascus.
