The media quoted the statements made by Nabil Qaouq, of the Islamic Resistance’ Executive Council, who said that, despite that critical position, the group is interested in maintaining the continuity of the Cabinet sessions.

Qaouq thus recalled the Council of Ministers’ three-month pause due to a boycott by the representatives of Hezbollah and the Amal Movement.

In any case, he said, we reject how the draft State budget was approved, both in form and content, and on which we have reservations and will submit amendments to modify it.
