The Foreign Minister Félix Plasencia tweeted that Iran is a worthy example of strength and struggle for sovereignty and independence.

The Foreign Ministry of Venezuela issued a statement saying that the Islamic Revolution, together with the fervor and courage of its people, has managed to lead Iran along the path of development and well-being.

Venezuela also recognized Iran as a strategic partner, highlighting its responsible role within the international community as a State that respects International Law, multilateralism and the UN Charter, “in the fight against the arbitrariness of foreign powers and their claims to limit the sovereignty and independence of our peoples”.

Caracas ratified all the will to continue working together with Tehran for the deepening and development of cooperation and exchange links in multiple areas.
