New Delhi expressed its commitment to provide more humanitarian aid to the Afghan population in the form of medicine and cereals in the coming weeks, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
The humanitarian assistance was delivered to the Indira Gandhi Hospital in Kabul, the source added.
Earlier, India provided the people of Afghanistan with three aid shipments, consisting of 500,000 doses of Covid-19 vaccines and medicines, which were delivered to the World Health Organization and the India Gandhi Children’s Hospital in Kabul.
