With this figure, Russia reaches 10,537,966 coronavirus-infected people, an increase of 0.17% compared to Saturday´s report.
In the last 24 hours, the highest figures of positives cases were reported in Moscow (1,824), St. Petersburg (1,468), in the Moscow region (1,364), Chelyabinsk (468), Sverdlovsk (466), Irkutsk (440) and Nizhny Novgorod (438).
On Saturday, health authorities reported 811 new deaths, so Russia´s death toll jumped to 310,518 and a mortality rate of 2.95%.
Nowadays, as many as 703,409 people continue being treated. On Saturday, 26,976 Covid-19 patients were discharged. It is an amount that rose to 9,524,039 (90.4% of the total of those infected).
