We reiterate our solidarity with the Cuban people in their defense of their decisions and their independent and sovereign State, the group said in a message addressed to President Miguel Diaz-Canel. The text condemned Washington’s political and media campaigns against Cuba, which seek to “create a state of disorder, sow chaos and impose regime change.”

It also criticized the White House’s strategy “aimed at suffocating the Cuban economy.”

The Cuban people have the conscience and the strength to defend their great Revolution and confront conspiracies, the message concluded.
