On December 26, 10,397,970 people had received at least one dose of the Soberana 02 vaccine, developed by the Finlay Vaccines Institute (IFV), or Abdala, designed by the Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (CIGB).
This figure includes convalescents with more than two months after having suffered from the disease, who were administered a single dose of the Soberana Plus vaccine, also by the IFV, the MINSAP informed on its website.
In addition, 9,294,985 people received the second dose, while 8,920,761 people have been administered three doses of Cuban-made vaccines.
Until that date, 30,023,092 doses of vaccines against Covid-19 had been administered in Cuba.
