On Twitter, the Cuban foreign minister posted this project brought together fellow citizens and solidarity friends who urged for the lifting of the economic, commercial and financial US blockade against Cuba.

“A Path of Love”, conducted by Cubans residing in Italy and the United States, concluded on Wednesday the four-day pilgrimage.
Participants made the pilgrimage along the road from San Francisco to Rome calling for the end of the US blockade against Cuba and world peace.
The pilgrimage was headed by the Bridges of Love Project Coordinator Carlos Lazo; Coordinator of Associations of Cuban Residents in Italy Ada Galano, and the President of the Italian Agency for Commercial and Economic Exchange with Cuba (AICEC, in Spanish) Michele Curto.
