The documentary, released in 2017, summarizes the main social achievements of the Cuban Revolution under the guidance of its maximum leader, whom the interviewees described as one of the most charismatic rulers of all times, turned into an icon of freedom.

The video contains a summary of Fidel’s trajectory – as most Cubans affectionately call him – since his arrival in Havana on January 8, 1959, after the defeat of Fulgencio Batista’s dictatorship.

In an interview, Cuban Ambassador to Ukraine Natacha Diaz highlighted the Caribbean island’s achievements in the field of medicine, one of the pillars of the revolutionary project promoted by Fidel Castro.
