Malikah Shabazz, daughter of Malcolm X, found dead at 56

Washington, Nov 23 (Prensa Latina) A daughter of slain Black civil rights activists Malcolm X, Malikah Shabazz, died Monday, the New York Police department told CNN.

Shabazz, 56, was found unconscious by her daughter at her home in Brooklyn, according to the NYPD.

Shabazz -youngest of Malcolm X´s six daughters- was found unconscious by her daughter at her home in Brooklyn. Police said the death appeared to be due to natural causes.

El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz, born Malcolm Little and known as Malcolm X, was one of the most powerful voices in the fight against racism before his shooting death in New York on February 21, 1965.
