At the end of November 18, as many as 10,118,526 Cubans have received at least one dose of Soberana 02 or Soberana Plus vaccine, and 9,155,120 had a second shot. Fully vaccinated, the figure rises to 8,520,386.
A total of 27,794,032 doses have been applied through Nov. 19, MINSAP reported.
Cuba continues to lead immunization campaign in the region, with 89% of its population protected from this disease, followed by Chile (87%), Uruguay (80%) and Brazil (76%), according to the ¨Our World in Data¨ website.
