The bomb attacks in Kampala took place near Parliament and a checkpoint close to the central police station, Monitor online newspaper reported.
Following the attacks with explosives in this East African country, the police and the Army reinforced security at the request of President Yoweri Museveni, who warned that the terrorists will be defeated.
