US interventionist actions against Cuba condemned in the Netherlands

Amsterdam, nov 16 (Prensa Latina) Various groups in the Netherlands reaffirmed today through a statement their support for the Government and people of Cuba, in the face of the aggressive interventionist campaign orchestrated by the United States against that country.

The statement issued by the “Cuba en mi Alma” (Cuba in my soul) association, made up mostly of nationals of the Island residing here, condemned the criminal economic, commercial and financial blockade with which the US government has been trying to destroy the Cuban Revolution for more than 60 years.

The document also reiterated the support of the group for Cuba’s actions to defend its sovereignty amid the brutal attack by Washington and its allies against the Caribbean country, and urged the European Parliament to stay out of the destabilizing maneuvers.
